Off-Track Thoroughbred Cultural Training | ARCH Framework

You don’t need to own or work with off-track thoroughbreds to benefit from this training. It’s about stretching your curiosity and gaining deeper insight into your Sense of Self (SOS)—and discovering how it shows up in new and unexpected areas of your life.

This immersive training helps you gain insight into your own story while deepening cultural awareness and understanding how it shapes your Sense of Self (SOS).

Through online and experiential sessions, participants explore the alignment between first responders, military personnel, and off-track thoroughbreds—learning to find understanding, empathy, and love even in disagreement, while also embracing the lessons of resilience, adaptability, and leadership these retired professional athletes embody. By connecting with these horses, participants uncover insights that translate directly into both their personal and professional lives, moving beyond extremes and into presence, balance, and growth.
